Seriously well-presented, this four CD, DVD-sized collection with its thirty page bound-in booklet presents just about as wide a variance of sounds and styles as you could imagine in the years covered and gives full concise background notes to each and every one of the 124 tracks. The cover itself is of durable hard-back material. A hugely enjoyable trawl through the late 50s & early 60s. It would make a very tasty Christmas present for your offspring, which might set them out on a voyage of discovery. I wish I’d have had something like this bought for me when I was just setting out on mine.
