Delivery and Return Information

Thanks for purchasing our products.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and assess the issue you have identified. If applicable we will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us to discuss the matter though.

Postage clarification.

Please get in touch if you think you've been charged too much.

The website only calculates postage approximately as there are nearly 100 different options on the Post Office price list. Some orders pay a bit more, some a bit less than they should! If you think you’ve been charged too much, please get in touch
This is what you should be paying:

**LPs, Double LPs (and 4CD-6CD sets if posted with jewel cases)**

UK 1-6 – £5, 7-12 and over £12.

Europe £11 for the first then £1 per extra.

Worldwide (inc USA) £20 for the first then £3 per extra.

**45s — 7″EPs — CDs — 1CD/2CD — DVD sets**

UK 1-2 £2, 3-4 £3, 5+ £5

Europe £5 for the first then £1 per extra.

World £7 for the first then £2 per extra.
