Description

One of the first gigs that Pink Floyd played as a four-piece with David Gilmour took place at a pop festival in Rome on May 6th 1968. Their second LP A Saucerful Of Secrets had not yet been issued and two songs they played that night were Astronomy Domine and the yet to be released‚ Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun (introduced by the concert announcer as‚ “Song Of The Sun”).
